The Church of the Apostles is a congregation of the United Church
of Christ with a strong ecumenical commitment responding to faith in God's call
to grow spiritually, covenant for Christian unity and partner with others to
proclaim in word and deed Christ's gospel by striving to be:

A growing, inclusive community where we invite
others to share in its life and ministry;

A nurturing community where all are spiritually
fed through worship, education, caring for one another and sharing Christ
and His love with all people;

A serving community dedicated to helping meet the
needs of others and building a better world for all God's children;

A learning community, embracing the traditions of
the UCC, providing vibrant programs, enhancing faith development and the
spiritual and emotional growth of persons of all ages;

A giving community dedicated to being faithful and
generous stewards of our time, talents and treasure;

A faith community joining in ministry and mission
with campus partners, the community, the wider United Church of Christ and
the ecumenical church.
